If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it (excluding course fees that you may have already started).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All item(s) (including suits) must be returned in a clean and dry condition and be free from mud, dirt and contaminates. We reserve the right to refuse to process items that do not meet with these criteria and we will either return the item(s) to you immediately or will charge a £25 cleaning fee. This is to ensure the health and safety of the team members that are handling your returned item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns, refunds or exchanges?
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
We aim to deal with all returns and exchanges on the day they arrive, however, please allow longer during peak periods.
How do I return items?
Please complete the returns form (Click Here) and include it with the securely repacked item(s) that you wish to return.
You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in-store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).
Any faulty or damaged item must be reported, as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of the goods.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
When returning a damaged/faulty item, please include the downloadable returns form.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES – An item must be examined by our Quality Control manager, in order to establish the facts regarding a faulty or damaged item; however, you (the consumer) have a duty to take reasonable care of the item, prior to our examination. Goods must, therefore, be returned in or with the original packaging and with the original documentation, wherever possible. In addition, a returned item must be adequately protected and securely sealed for its return journey, to reduce the possibility of damage in transit.
